Return Policy & How to

Returning Merchandise

JROPSHIP should be notified no later than 10 days after your packaged was shipped should you want to return your merchandise. Some items cannot be returned such earrings

Returns are accepted

1) If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise.

2) If the merchandise is defective.

Returns cannot be accepted if:

1) Your order was shipped out of the continental USA.

2) Your order was customized or personalized

All postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must be preauthorized. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. (No restocking fee on exchanges.) Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting us.

JROPSHIP.COM is not responsible for any misrepresentation of Products by the manufacturer or by its distributors. Pictures and descriptions are provided by the respective manufacturer.

Exchanging Merchandise

At this time, we do not accept exchange of product due to frequent changes in stock. All return must refunded and you can place an order based on stock availibility.

Prepare to Return

Please click on My Account and look on the left hand side for Request a Return. You should see the order in which the unwanted item was delivered with.

Once the RMA number is generated, please carefully package the unwanted or damaged items along with the RMA form in a box. We recommend that you use the same box and packaging that the merchandise was already shipped in. Please use a carrier service that provides tracking as we are not responsible for lost or returned packages.

Store Rewards credit will be applied to your account once the package is received by our Returns Department. All items that are returned in their original packaging, unopened and unmarked will not be subject to restocking fees. All other returns (missing tags, missing items, etc.)will have a 15% Restocking fee deducted from their Total Return Amount.
