Fees and cancellations:
You agree to our additional fees and cancellations policy.
All postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must be preauthorized. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. (No restocking fee on exchanges.) Please do not mail any merchandise back without first contacting JROPSHIP. Any products sent back without first obtaining a return authorization will be automatically returned to you at your expense with absolutely no exceptions.
1) Orders can be canceled only if the order has not yet been processed.
2) There will be a 3% order cancellation fee on all orders paid for by credit card to cover the credit card processing fees.

Limitations of Liability:
JROPSHIP is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement or refund for any item you purchase from us after you return the item(s).
In no event shall JROPSHIP, its parent companies, its subsidiaries, its members, its partners, its joint ventures, its affiliates, its suppliers, its licensors, its contractors or their respective agents or employees be held liable for costs or procurement of substitute goods or services, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, attorneys fees or any direct, indirect, special punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, (or any kind of damages whatsoever). This applies even if JROPSHIP has been advised of the possibility of such damages; whether in an action under contract, negligence, tort or any other legal or equitable theory of recovery; arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, merchandise, and materials available from the JROPSHIP web site, or any part thereof, or your reliance on or use of information, services or merchandise provided on or through the JROPSHIP web site, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, any failure of performance, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your account, whether for breach of contract, negligence or under any other cause of action. In the event JROPSHIP is found liable under any circumstance under the terms of this agreement, JROPSHIP's liability shall be limited to the replacement or refund for any product or service purchased from us and the replacement or refund for product will be made after the return of the product to JROPSHIP.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Due to possible information misrepresentations, we may correct typographical and printing errors related to prices at any time. Members should be aware that product prices can and do fluctuate as a result of a supplier changing their wholesale pricing, oil prices, demand for a product as well as product availability.
Shipping and Handling:
Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping. In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier. We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier but will work with them to make sure your transaction is complete.
Additional Terms and Information:
The retail prices in the catalog and on our website are reference retail prices. A reference retail price is the full retail price of the same or similar merchandise offered by department stores, specialty shops and other non discount sellers; or our suggested retail replacement cost at open stock prices. No representation is hereby made that substantial sales are or will be made at the reference retail price. The reference retail prices were determined at the time this catalog was printed and may be changed without notice. Reference retails are not necessarily our present or former prices and are used to assist you in comparative shopping. We believe our superior quality and warranties make our products the "best buy" every time.
Most of our products carry warranties and some carry extended warranties. Warranty information can be found in our catalog or can be obtained by emailing JROPSHIP.
By creating your account at JROPSHIP you agree to our terms in their entirety and will honor our policies in full and without exception unless JROPSHIP, at its sole discretion, agrees to other terms with its individual members.
RETURNS / DAMAGED ITEMS
Any Return Claims must be done within 15 days of shipment date. Absolutely NO returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items. RMAs MUST be generated within 15 days of shipment date. Please make sure that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside package when shipping. For all returns, only Store Rewards credit will be given. Cancelled orders before shipment will result in full store credit to your account. Cancelled orders after shipment will result in a 30% cancellation fee of the order value and you will be charged for the reshipment fee back to us. A return shipping fee will be charged in the event that a package is not deliverable. If the undelivered package is still requested, you will be held responsible for all fees and shipping costs. Damaged and defective items must be returned in its original unopened and unmarked packaging. Please note, items received outside of its original packaging will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping on returned items. JWholesale is not responsible for any returned items that are lost or undeliverable. We recommend that you use a reputable carrier with tracking services. Store credit will be applied to your account once the package is received, inspected, and cleared by our Shipping Department. If the package is not received, you will not receive any store credit. All items that are in the original packaging, unopened and unmarked will not be charged a restocking fee. All other returns will have a 15% restocking fee applied against the customer"s store credit. Our Quality Control and Shipping Department implements a systemized packaging process. If you find that an item from you order is missing, please contact us immediately. Claims will only be honored if notified within 3 calendar days of the delivery date confirmed by UPS. All policy items are subject to change without notice.
